ICEL 2006

Tenth International Conference (Lancaster University, United Kingdom)

The 8th International Conference on Experiential Learning entitled Inspiring Leadership: Experiential Learning and Leadership Development, was held on the campus of Lancaster University from 10 to 14 July 2006 in Lancaster, United Kingdom.

The conference was hosted by the Brathay Academy in partnership with ICEL. Some 167 participants from 25 countries attended and presented papers, workshops and poster sessions.

Brathay are publishing a selection of papers, workshops and keynotes from the 2006 ICEL conference as issues 11 and 12 in their series of Organisation Development Topical Papers. Journal 11 will look at Inspirational Leadership in Education, and journal 12 will focus on Inspirational Leadership in the Workplace. The journals are priced at £10 each.
